Corporate or Organization Applicants

  • A company or organization applying for registration must provide:-
  • Filled out EIPA application form
  • Author details (if different from the company)
  • Proof of rights: assignment, employment contract, or transfer agreement
  • Copy of the work (digital or physical)
  • Proof of payment of the registration fee
  • Power of Attorney (if filed through an agent)
  • Proof of authorization (e.g., board resolution or incorporation certificate)
  • Affidavit of the Applicant: the applicant shall ascertain through affidavit that he is the owner

Individual Applicants(In-Person)

  • An individual applying for copyright registration must submit:-
  • Filled out EIPA application form
  • Author information (if different from applicant)
  • Copy of the work (digital or physical)
  • Proof of payment of the registration fee
  • Power of Attorney (if filed through an agent)
  • Affidavit of the Applicant: the applicant shall ascertain through affidavit that he is the owner
